| The study carried out by the authors has followed the dynamics of the interrelations and their relocation specific for the changes in the development of the strength and speed strength potential as a result of the learning sports pedagogical process for students at the N S A Teachers Faculty. 45 Female students were tested at one and the same time during a period of two consecutive academic years. The research data have given us grounds to generalize that over the 2-year period under study the learning sports pedagogical process has slightly contributed to the development of the strength potential of the major muscle groups of the lower limbs. In this respect they suggest that the sports pedagogy chairs should reduce the expedience and correlation of motor loading in the teaching-learning process at the Teachers Faculty so that the lower limbs strength and speed-strength potential should be developed and maintained. |
