It is ascertained that the motivation climate, orientated at mastership is connecting with the goal orientation at the task, while the orientated at performance motivation climate – with the goal orientation at itself. To encourage the orientation at the task it is necessary to ensure motivation support, that will be apprehended by the competitors as connected to the task.
