On 125 subjects, students at the Faculty of Physical Culture in Skopje, of male gender, has been conducted investigation withaimof establishing thelatentstructureandtherelations between thesystems ofmorphological and motor variables as predictors about the shot-put performance criterium. Three morphological and three motorcar factors were extracted using Gutman-Kaiser criteria and orthogonal varimax rotations. Generally it was obtained that
